Parent FAQ’s

  • What is your settle in procedure?
We offer 2 x 1 hour settle in sessions, we advise for the parent to stay for the first session and then try to leave on the second session. If your child is settled and happy they can then start their weekly sessions. If not extra settle in sessions can be arranged.
  • How do I pay my invoices?
Invoices are sent out half termly via email. Each invoice is sent out 4 weeks before payment is due. Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or through your tax free childcare account. There are 2 payments that are added to invoices however these are optional and parents can ask for them to be removed. These are £2 for snack per week and £2 for extra-curricular activities per week. This includes outings like bus trips, and for outside companies to come e.g. Sports, dance, etc.
