We send out an annual questionnaire to parents which is anonymous. We ask for any improvements that they want to see as well as what they like best about Jack & Jill. Here are just a few of the fantastic comments we have received!
November 2023 –
- “The staff are truly amazing and we love that there is such a variety of activities each week the children thrive at Jack & Jill’s! We love that there is plenty of events throughout the year allowing parents into the preschool with the children which are always good fun.”
- “I love how the staff really do get to know each child for their own personality. They know what they enjoy and dislike they know how to distract them and how to push them to try new things in an enjoyable way. I really feel like they love my daughter and trust is brilliant.”
- “The staff are the best, nothing is too much trouble, they have really supported me when life has been difficult. They all feel like family to me, and my boys absolutely love all them. The atmosphere is so different to private day nurseries it is not just about money or how many children they can fit into sessions, everyone at Jack and Jill’s is there because they want to be. The activities are brilliant and well planned. The amount of effort the girls put in is amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about Jack and Jills it is the best.”

- “All the staff are lovely and approachable. They all look after our daughter so well. Every morning, she runs into nursery and loves seeing her friends. At home she is none stop so I know she’s fully occupied and having fun with all the new activities.”
